What is it?
NMF training is a step-by-step programme to facilitate the development and establishment of stable mental strength. By this, we mean the ability to remain cool, calm and collected in all situations – but especially when under a perceived threat, stress or high-pressure situation.
This is achieved primarily through the following:
- Emotional and mental stability
- Focusing on the immediate moment
- Concentrating on possible courses of action
- Mining your inner resources
NMF training focuses on developing these areas in particular. The concept is based on the latest neuroscience and performance psychology research, and includes a combination of practical exercises, basic theory and state-of-the-art methods for reflection and optimising one’s own behaviour in performance situations and/or difficult periods of life..
