How does it work?
COURSE CONCEPT FOR GROUPS OR INDIVIDUALS
The training is suitable for anyone over the age of 16 and can be given in groups of up to 12 persons or individually.
FIVE SESSIONS OVER SIX WEEKS
The training covers six weeks in total. Each of the sessions builds on the other. For the first four weeks, there is one session per week; the fifth and final session follows two weeks later.
3-HOUR SESSIONS
Each session includes a mix of practical exercises (primarily focusing on mindfulness and acceptance), basic theory and time for conscious reflection on experiences from inside and outside the training sessions.
THE IMPORTANCE OF INDEPENDENT PRACTICE
For lasting success, it is vital that participants practice the NMF methods between sessions and continue the practical exercises after completion of the course.
CONTINUOUS QUALITY ASSURANCE
The concept is based on continuous quality review and further development. To this end, we employ methods before, during and after a course to record the personal experience of the students, which allows objective statements to be made about the effectiveness of the programme.
